From the train station in Röblingen, you can walk 10 minutes to the water mill and there is the construction trailer in the large garden. Located in the center of Sondershausen next to the town hall below the castle, our service apartment of approx. 48 m² in the attic of the hotel invites you to work and relax. In the immediate vicinity of the castle, you are 150 m in the countryside and can enjoy a walk in this beautiful castle park. The center offers you numerous restaurants, cafes, museums & shopping within walking distance. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washer-dryer is also integrated in this. The high ceilings and large windows give a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or set their light temperature as desired.

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Family vacation home "Kleines Landhaus"

We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. This is how we relax here and regain strength for everyday life.

Our apartment is located in Herbsleben on an island directly on the Unstrut, not far from the Unstrut bike path. Our village Herbsleben is located in the middle between Erfurt and Bad Langensalza, about 25 minutes from Gotha and 45 minutes from Eisenach, in the heart of the Thuringian basin.
