Upstairs, a sleeping area with no thermal insulation (mentioned here as a bedroom with a double bed). A separate recent household building with auxiliary kitchen. There's a shower, a washer, and a dishwasher. Drinkable (city) water enters the auxiliary kitchen. So there is no water in the kitchen of the cottage. Sauna with wood-burning stove from the 1950s and separate barbecue building.

A complex of three buildings, including one winter habitable. A stunning sandy beach where kids are nice to play and swim, the river doesn't flow strongly. The 2019 completed outdoor sauna where you can steam to see the kids playing on the beach. A covered summer kitchen with a large dining table for eight people and a corner sofa for relaxation. Large gas grill and ball grill for guest use. On the other side of the river, a self-purgery farm where you'll be rowing for fresh berries for breakfast.
