大家好歡迎大家來到一個京都地點最好的地方又安靜又方便可以讓你輕鬆又放鬆的地方，那麼我們的員工有會說中文及英文的唷！我們千辛萬苦前面花了兩年的時間才找到這一棟地點好安靜又有電梯的大樓接著又花了一年的時間很有誠意的跟屋主談判才說服他買到這一棟真正都是日本人住在𥚃面的大樓經營，可以直接100％的體驗日本人的日常生活！我們很用心的把這一棟大樓的十幾個房間都佈置成不一樣的特色風格每一間房間的主題也都是我們用手工親自製作及彩畫的，大概平均一個多月才會新開一個房間，我們也很高興airbnb的三個帳號𥚃共得到三百多個五顆星的超讚房東評價，由於我們也很用心挑選寢具，所以大家可以在評價𥚃很多顧客都說我們的床很好睡唷！而我們對於清潔也很重視，大家都知道清潔打掃外包是最便宜的，但是卻會感受不到用心及溫度，所以我們的房間完完全全是自己用最大的用心打掃的，京都地點好的airbnb住宿大部分是沒有電梯的，尤其是老町屋，有時候我們孝順帶著父母及小孩出來旅遊，已經經歷了旅途的勞累及千辛萬苦後還要搬行李及爬樓梯到樓上的房間實在有點吃不消，希望大家旅遊愉快平平安安來我們這邊住的人都能有好心情唷

感謝您關注我們的房源，歡迎光臨文化之古都京都！預祝您能夠找到地點好服務好用心經營的住宿喔！我們這間房源是京都市中心河原町難得的整層樓安靜又面積大的有電梯房源喔❤️ 建議可以住4人到10人之間都很舒服喔！我們房間已經在2026年3月完成了以下的細節喔，從現在開始的體驗會比以前好喔！我們是用心選用了日本的特色材料，客廳電視主牆則採用了具有設計感的高級編織紋壁紙，尾州是日本最大、世界知名的毛織物產地整體空間呈現溫暖又舒適的居家氛圍。這次廁所特別更新用了日本岐阜縣百年磁磚超高工藝製作的人字型編織磁磚，會隨著光影折射有不同的立體感，美濃燒陶瓷已有約1300年歷史而磁磚產業也有超過一百年是工藝難度最高的磁磚還有我們用心升級了Dyson的吹風機，還有Dyson的無葉風扇，日本設計品牌快煮壺，客廳全新的大金冷暖空調，還有日本最好的蓮蓬頭！地板採用了比中國產品成本貴三倍的日本百年企業朝日木工廠的最高品質地板喔我們對寢具也很用心挑選，是用了獨立筒的彈簧床，所以在客人的評價都有提到床很好睡。希望您來日本旅遊可以體驗看看我們用心服務、方便、地點超好的住宿經驗喔。感恩。

Also you can see beautiful cherry trees in the spring. Our guests can use bicycles for free!
