Spectacular views of the Alhambra. Terrace. This apartment has lovely views south of the Alhambra & Sierra Nevada mountains. It has a private roof top terrace with furniture for dining or just relaxing in the sun and admiring the views. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and Arabic bath to soak in after a hard day sight seeing or skiing. The second bedroom has twin beds. A cot with comfortable mattress is available on request. The terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The living room also has views south of Alhambra and the mountains and a small balcony. The renovation has aimed to fuse 18th century charm with 21st century comfort and style, the apartment has air-conditioning, heating, free WiFi internet access, a powerful shower with limitless hot water a TV & DVD player. A high chair or hair dryer are available on request. Private parking space 150m from the apartment which needs to be paid for in advance to be reserved and costs 15 euros per day. Guests have sole use of the entire apartment and the terrace. If you need our parking space its needs to be reserved and costs 15 euros a day / 80 euros a week.

Apartamento recién reformado, está dentro de un Carmen, con un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio (1,35 m), salón con cocina integrada y baño moderno. En el salón hay un sofá cama nuevo (1,35 m), ideal para invitados o niños. También disponemos de cuna gratuita si viajas con un bebé. Perfecto para parejas, amigos o familias que quieran disfrutar de una estancia cómoda en Granada. Todas las zonas exteriores son compartidas con otro apartamento. Ofrecemos, además, servicio extra de limpieza diaria y compra en supermercado antes de la llegada (bajo petición). La entrada es autónoma a través de un código que se genera al hacer el check-in online el día de la llegada.

Se prestan servicios de desayuno, limpieza y planchado de ropa, cambio periódico de sábanas y toallas, utilización de Jacuzzi, previo pago de su importe por la prestación de esos servicios. Para poder trabajar en la habitación se dispone de escritorio y wifi. El dormitorio está compuesto por 2 camas individuales de 90 cm cada una. Son muy soleado y no disponen de ninguna terraza. Se puede utilizar el apartamento. Si se contrata los servicios de desayuno, limpieza de ropa, utilización del jacuzzi, lleva consigo el pago de un suplemento por la prestación de esos servicios.
