Located in the heart of the "BLACK PÉRIGORD" between Rocamadour, Périgueux, Brive-la-Gaillarde, 20 minutes from Sarlat, 5 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites. On site, there are many marked pedestrian and bike trails.

Le Petit Fournil is a restored 50 m² single-storey farmhouse with an 800 m² garden. Ideal for a couple, the cottage has a capacity for up to 4 people including a child or baby. Pets are no longer allowed. The property does not have Wi-Fi. Ideally located for discovering the Périgord Noir: Montignac, Lascaux, Sarlat, many tourist sites within 30 km. The Dordogne or Vézère offer activities such as canoeing or swimming.

Located in the Périgord Noir, this warm and very quiet village house will seduce you with its charm and patina. The parquet floors and oak staircase are part of this old-fashioned house spirit. Private terrace. I'll be at your service, while remaining discreet. Grocery store with bread depot, bar, tobacco shop in the immediate vicinity. NB: private pool to share from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
