Charming studio in the heart of the village of Chorges, close to all shops. Ideally located between Gap and Embrun, 5 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon, 15 minutes from Réallon station and Parc des Écrins. New studio with shaded terrace and access to the garden, on the ground floor of a barn converted into a dwelling. It has an equipped kitchen and a wardrobe bed with 160 X 200 mattress. Bathroom with shower, bed linens available. Independent access and parking available.

Ski resorts nearby (Ancelle 5 minutes, Saint Léger 10 minutes, Orcières-Merlette 30 minutes). Large furnished and flowered terrace to take full advantage of the 300 days of sunshine per year that make this pretty corner of France famous.

Studio for 2 to 4 people

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.

Halfway between Lake Serre-Ponçon and Gap (10 minutes), located in a quiet cul-de-sac of a small, quiet and pleasant town, this fully renovated studio is composed of a main room, a bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine. You will find the essentials for a pleasant stay, comfort, calm, relaxation and tranquility. A free parking space in front of the accommodation is reserved for you. We live there and will be happy to host you.

Ideally located, 10 minutes from Gap and Lake Serre Ponçon, 15 minutes from the Champsaur ski resorts (Ancelle, St Léger les Mélèzes, Chaillol, Orcières Merlette). Studio, on the ground floor of a south-facing house on a 3000 m2 lot, enclosed and wooded (available as well as the barbecue). Quiet assured, remarkable view of the surrounding mountains, at 1000 m altitude, overlooking a small town with all shops and amenities.

Treehouse with private hot tub

On the heights of the village of La Bâtie-Neuve, CHALET L'ECUREUIL welcomes you in its tree house on stilts, a real cozy little nest of 20 m², on the edge of the forest, at the back of the property, behind the main chalet occupied by the owners. You can access it via a charming 50-meter-long pedestrian path and enjoy exceptional views of the valley. Its 19 m² covered outdoor terrace has a fully private HOT TUB.

New construction, quiet and residential neighborhood. Living room with 160 bed. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave. No cooktop. Exterior: terrace and table. Linens and towels, shampoo and shower gel. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Independent entrance, parking is available on our property. Check-in is autonomous, you arrive and leave whenever you want, whether we are present or not to welcome you.
