The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

The “Le Champ’être” cottage is nestled in a small green oasis surrounded by mountains, between forest and fields. Just 10 minutes by car from Gap’s town center and all its amenities, you’ll enjoy a peaceful, natural setting that feels far from the hustle and bustle — yet close to everything. Whether you’re looking to unwind or enjoy outdoor adventures, our cottage offers the perfect environment to reconnect with nature and experience the calm of the Hautes-Alpes.

Spacious duplex two-bedroom apartment with terrace

We offer a spacious and peaceful accommodation, ideally located on the heights of Gap, close to the Parc de Charance. Our gîte is a spacious loft-style duplex of 60 m2. It is fully equipped and benefits from a mezzanine bedroom which includes a king size bed in 180 cm (2x90) as well as a single bed in 90 cm. The large living room includes a 140cm convertible. The accommodation has a TV (TNT + HDMI cable) as well as a reversible A/C. Parking in front of the gite.

Privileged place very quiet without traffic with direct access to the hiking trails.

Perched on stilts above the village of La Bâtie-Neuve, Chalet L'Écureuil welcomes you to its cosy, treehouse-style cabin on the edge of the forest, at the far end of the property, behind the main chalet occupied by the owners. You can access the property via a charming 50-metre footpath and enjoy a magnificent view of the valley. Its 19 m² covered outdoor terrace features a fully private hot tub. Adults only. Babies and children not permitted.

Spacious and quiet accommodation with a fenced garden and spa in the veranda. You can make pizza evenings with the wood oven. Very quiet neighborhood despite the proximity to the church, the bell tower only rings at 12pm and 7pm. In the village is a football stadium, a bowling alley and children's games. Departure from many cycling or walking tours. You are 5 minutes by car from a large area on Gap. Rambaud is located near Serre-Ponçon lake.
