This peaceful accommodation consists of a living room with equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with good quality bedding and a large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house has just been refurbished from floor to ceiling. Towels and bed sheet are provided. Large garden. One parking space. 20 meters away is a workers' restaurant, a roadside restaurant and a 24-hour pizza vending machine. The house is 25 minutes from Le Mans by highway.

Come and taste the French art of living in an 18th century property, a historical monument, as charming outside as inside and located in the old town. You can enjoy a beautiful park with large terraces, backed by the hill. You'll find garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and games. Only the bells of the Cathedral, and again, and the birdsong will disturb the calm of the place.
