Exceptional 40 m² studio, Mont Dore hyper center

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. Completely renovated in 2020, all comforts and fully equipped. Capacity 2 people

Very nice 2-room apartment with balconies in the hyper center

In the hyper center, very nice apartment T2, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.
