Lovers of wide open spaces, you will be won over by all the activities that our region offers. Winter sports, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, tourist sites (Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, Puy de Sancy). 19th century house of 85 m2 completely renovated in 2018. Quick access via the A89 motorway, exit 25, 4 km from the accommodation. Private garage.

Located 50 m from Parc Fenestre (high entrance with children's games) and 800 m walk from downtown (shops, thermal baths, casino...). Many hiking trails start nearby. A room is available to store your bikes and/or skis. Four sleds are available for the winter. In the winter season, a shuttle bus that departs from the city center will take you to the Mont Dore resort

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.
