The "Esprit des Lois" House

Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

The entry is independent. There is a bakery, a bar-tobacconist, a florist (post office/vegetables), an inn restaurant, a caterer and a pizzeria. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset/hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides between the two seas.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter.
