Former village bakery, this 1950 house was completely renovated in 2020. Bright, on one level, it is ideally located in the heart of the pretty village of La Brée-les-Bains (Île d'Oléron – 17). Once your suitcases are put down and the bikes are hung in the room reserved for this purpose, you can do your shopping a few dozen meters on foot (Bakery, Butcher, Tobacco-Press, Café-Restaurant, General Food) preferring why not extend by the beach on the way back

In the heart of the village, located 50 meters from the supervised beach and the children's club. All shops and the market are 150 m away, you can walk. Private secure parking. Covered terrace for dining. Fresh non-smoking space in summer thanks to stone walls. People with allergies or hyper picky on cleanliness will prefer a new house. Private garden For getting around: Biking, you are 100 meters from the bike path. 3 nights minimum. No pets.

Backed by the vegetated Dune that separates it from the beach, our atypical house offers a quiet place. Far from traffic, it is close to the center of La Brée and its market. It's a great place to rest or enjoy the uncrowded beach, 300 m away via a small alley. It is most often quiet but can on some days become a popular spot for surfers. The salt marshes and oyster beds are also very close, accessible on foot or by bike.
