Collegiate house - garden 4 people - medieval city

The house is at the foot of the Saint Quiriace collegiate church which plunges into the garden. It's an old canon's house. It has been tastefully restored. It has crazy charm and an incredible soul. It is located on a very quiet shaded square and the garden allows you to rest while admiring the dome of the collegiate church. You'll feel right at home here. The furniture has been antiqued and the decor is very neat. The beds are of hotel quality. Linens are old linen.

Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

You can relax in a quiet and green environment, enjoy the garden, take long walks in the countryside and surrounding forests, or visit the many tourist sites in the region: Fontainebleau, Moret sur Loing, Vaux le Vicomte, Provins, Blandy les Tours...

It is a central point between the cities of Fontainebleau, Melun, Provins and Sens. Paris is accessible by train in less than an hour. Welcome to Fred and Marine's! New accommodation, created in 2025: one bedroom, one bathroom with walk-in shower and a small corner with fridge, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The entrance is independent, there is no common interior part. In summer, we can share the terrace as well as a heated swimming pool (from May/June to September). We have a dog and 2 children that you may meet outside.
