The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Quiet 66 m2 cottage, with garden and beautiful view to relax in the countryside and tourism in Périgord Noir.
