Our villa, Kyo-Alpe, was built in 2024, located at Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles. The accommodation has a private indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, and a sauna, allowing you to relax in a Zen atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior decor adds a touch of elegance and originality. Come and discover the splendor of the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

Gîte L'Aquaroca

Ancien atelier en pierre entièrement rénové au style contemporain niché en forêt sur le Rocher du Cornillon, en Chartreuse. Le salon et la terrasse offrent une vue panoramique sur le bassin Grenoblois. Donne accès facile aux pratiques sportives (randonnées, escalade, ski) et à la détente (bain nordique, vidéo-projecteur avec grand écran).
