Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Located in a seaside village, in the heart of the Île de Ré, our lovely house will welcome you for an unforgettable stay. The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms on the floor. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
