The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms on the floor. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet.

It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.
