Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

The two arches

My place is a village house, which has a staircase to access the floor and then after all the rooms are on one level however there are a few steps. The house has a separate kitchen from a large living room with a sofa bed, a room with a double bed and a bathroom. There is a small terrace. Our house is part of the history of the village, it represents the old Provencal houses. We added essential equipment.
