Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, right by the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

Large wooden chalet, facing south, on the Champsaur plateau, facing Devoluy, at the foot of the Ecrins. Wonderful location. Absolute calm, foxes and deer pass through the garden! Panoramic views of the Noyer pass and the Drac valley. Departure for hikes from the chalet, all shops 5km away, Champsaur ski resorts few km away. Access to a sauna room upon request (20€/day). This healing space is quietly located in the Parc des Écrins with a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains from the bay window and terrace. We have preserved the charm of the old framework. The central beam is to be stepped over to move from the day space to the night space.
