Apartment for 4 people, located at the foot of the slopes of the ski resort of Chaillol, at the foot of the Ecrins National Park and the starting point of many hikes. South-facing exhibition with a magnificent view of the entire Champsaur valley. 10 minutes from the Champsaur lake and the activities of the valley. The accommodation consists of a separate sleeping area, with a double bed. As well as 2 bunk beds. A kitchen stay equipped with induction hob, Nespresso machine, combined microwave oven.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Atypical, colorful and very bright apartment, ideally located in the city center, in a semi-pedestrian space. On the top floor of an old building it offers an incredible view of the streets and the cathedral! Located on the 3rd floor with a dominant view, you are 2 steps from the shops (bakery, restaurants,press, tobacco, butcher shop, bookstore, municipal swimming pool...) while being hidden in this cozy little nest very well equipped!

I chose and furnished this accommodation to offer travelers what I look for when I am traveling myself: A welcoming, well-equipped, quiet place, that you can invest in by feeling almost at home... You will have a 20 m2 living room with equipped kitchen and dining area giving access to an 8 m2 terrace; a TV lounge and a 15 m2 bedroom with 160 X200 cm bed (2 beds of 80 and a common mattress topper, recent bedding), a bathroom with toilet.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
