In the summer, in the village, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its leisure base. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo, and Lude Castle, and 35 minutes from Le Mans 24h circuit

The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

In the countryside of Cérans Foulletourte in the middle of the woods, located 20 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo and the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the apartment has its own independent entrance, a living room, a dining area and a kitchen.
