We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

Peace and quiet guaranteed in a natural setting reserved just for you! Located at 1300m, the 65 m2 chalet is contemporary and bright, warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer. Enjoy lunch on the terrace, in the shade of the weeping willow, or in the garden under the maple tree. Explore the mountain on foot or mountain bike from the cabin, or with snowshoes or back-country skis at 5' driving. Autumns are brightly colored. The mythical Céüze rock-climbing area and the Dévoluy ski area are nearby!

The villa is adapted and suitable for families, close to transportation and the center of town. It is situated 20 Minutes from ski stations and lake serre ponçon. You will appreciate this large house, 150 meters squared, for its beautiful views and comfort. The villa is perfect for families and kids. The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

We imagined this small independent accommodation like the rest of our house, with noble materials (wood, earth coatings, green roof) and with a concern for saving resources (green energy, rainwater recovery). Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Studio on the 1st floor of a house with garden access

Apartment located on the outskirts of the village of La Freissinouse, 6 km from Gap. Equipped for 2/3 people, a large bed 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, which can be separated into 2 single beds on request and a sofa that converts into a single bed in the living room. Free bus line to Gap. The owners are on site and will be happy to host you and introduce you to their region. This place isn't suitable for pets, so we don't allow them.

Apartment - "Le Cabanon"

At the foot of the cliff of Ceüze, surrounded by nature with an exceptional view, we offer our 44m2 T2 in an old stone house adjoining our residence. Access is via a forest road of 300 m. You can unload your suitcases near the apartment by parking in front of the house. Please note that the path is not cleared of snow and access in the event of a snowfall is on foot. The slope is significant at times (nearly 25%).
