Ideally located in La Garenne-Colombes since it is a 2-step walk from the city center and "rue Voltaire" which offers many shops and restaurants. Possibility of a parking space but request it to make sure its availability. On a quiet street, I offer this studio in new condition that accommodates up to 4 people. The T2 Tram "Les Fauvelles" station is a 9-minute walk away and allows you to reach the Eiffel Tower in 45 minutes and the Champs Elysées in 30 minutes.

Our place is quiet and sunny. It is on the second floor WITHOUT elevator access. 12 minutes by train from Paris Saint Lazare and 20 minutes from La Défense and the Etoile. Les Vallées train station and all shops are at the foot of the apartment (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...). La Garenne is a very nice small town to relax after a day in Paris. The apartment is located in a small 4-story family building. Parties are forbidden to preserve the tranquility of all.

Very accessible and very well located in relation to the transport network. But paradoxically this elegant, very bright home could prove to be a peaceful haven where you can relax in peace. As soon as you get off the train you can catch Gare Saint Lazare or the tram (T2) from the Centre de La Défense, for example, in 2 or 3 minutes you are home. Parking is paid on the street, but free parking is available on some adjacent streets.
