The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet, central, and comfortable accommodation on the beachfront of La Garita beach, on the coast of the municipality of Telde, near the airport and the capital. The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, and 1 bathroom, with accommodation for 3 people. It is an ideal place to spend a quiet vacation and/or to telework, due to its accessibility and connection to shopping areas, services and the rest of Telde's beaches.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Oceanfront apartment with beautiful views

Apartment on the beach, Ideal for rest and relaxation. It has two bedrooms with a double bed, Living room, Smart T.V 55’’, high speed WiFi, double sofa bed. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. Dining room The bathroom has a hair dryer and washing machine. Equipped for a maximum of 6 people. A travel cot can be provided (upon request and for a charge of €20 per stay), payable in cash at check-in.

El resto de centros comerciales y de ocio se encuentran a solo 5 minutos en coche, como el CC Las Terrazas y El Mirador. Con acceso directo a la autopista para recorrer toda la isla con comodidad.

Just a 5-minute walk along a beautiful promenade you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a playground, a pharmacy, etc. Excellent location to visit any point on the island (Las Palmas 20 min, Dunas de Maspalomas 30 min) Enjoy the vacation you deserve!

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

At the El Lomito property, you'll be immersed in nature. We offer you the best views of El Nublo Natural Park where you can appreciate the grandeur of Roque Nublo, one of our best tourist attractions. The area offers several hiking trails and a wide range of typical Canarian cuisine. The Canarian skies offer a spectacular view of the stars that will make you feel like an astronaut without leaving the ground.

From my accommodation I would undoubtedly highlight its incredible sea views, it is a cozy apartment, with lots of natural lighting thanks to its large windows and to being on the seafront which makes its location privileged, the decoration is based on natural and simple lines predominating white in all the decoration of the house with touches of blue and turquoise.
