Bright, modern and spacious apartment WITH JACUZZI located on the seafront. It has a large private terrace/solarium with privileged views of El Bufadero de La Garita and the sea. Just a 5-minute walk along a beautiful promenade you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a playground, a pharmacy, etc. Excellent location to visit any point on the island (Las Palmas 20 min, Dunas de Maspalomas 30 min) Enjoy the vacation you deserve!

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.
