Enjoy a stylish and central place, close to all shops, bars, restaurants, squares, in the historic center. View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

"LE LOFT" gives you access to activities such as tennis, cycling, hiking, fishing in ponds or rivers, tasting BORDEAUX wines, pineau and cognac des CHARENTES. JONZAC , its cure and nautical center " LES ANTILLES" open all year round, 25 km away. VAUBAN and its citadel of BLAYE await you for a relaxing afternoon. "LE LOFT" is equidistant FROM ANGOULEME and BORDEAUX. Finally, PERIGORD , a must, with its historical, cultural and archaeological heritage.

Loft with a hot tub and sauna

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Augusta's house is welcoming and spacious. Located in the heart of nature, quiet, this cottage is ideal for rest and family walks. A few minutes from Lake Beauvallon (Montguyon), Saint-Aulaye beach (Dordogne) or Aubeterre (Charente), it's very easy to enjoy swimming and sightseeing. The Domaine de Pinsac and Andy Booth's famous school are only 7 kilometers from the farm. Idleness, rest and fishing at the edge of the ponds.
