Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Cozy and furnished apartment.

Petit appartement meublé très sympa en location saisonnière à la nuit, à la semaine voir plus pour travailleurs en déplacement. Une cuisine ( micro ondes , machine à café nespresso, plaque à induction, frigo ) avec coin repas et canapé, une chambre avec lit ( 160X200 ), une salle de bain avec douche italienne, WC suspendu et lavabo. Le tout de plein pied, mais deux marches pour y accéder. Parking extérieur fermé avec portail électrique.
