Our 72 m2 outbuilding at the foot of the forest, Fontainebleau (8 min), golf and Grand Parquet (5 min) will seduce you. on the ground floor: kitchen and dining area and toilet. upstairs: a living room with a sofa bed, a large family room with a double bed and two single beds, shower room and toilet. Departure from the house on foot for a walk in the forest. Depending on our respective availability, we can either welcome you or make the key available to you. Tassimo coffee maker. Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

The train station is a 7-minute walk away (trains every hour in less than an hour to Paris Lyon train station), shops (supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, small market, pizzeria, restaurant…) are 5 minutes away. The forest will offer you beautiful hikes as well as climbing sites.

The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Elle est équipée d'un lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, de chauffage et climatisation.
