This apartment is 15 minutes from Saint Malo intra muros, 15 minutes from Cancale, 18 minutes from Dinard and 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel. The Gouesniere train station is 1 km from the living area as well as a bus network 50 m from the accommodation serving the surroundings. Quai 35 is a recent construction within the grounds of the Grands Gîtes de Cancale, a property overlooking the bay of Cancale and Mont-St-Michel. It enjoys an exceptional sea view, a garden area with east-facing terrace and private parking (for 2 cars). For the decoration, our interior designer followed the recommendations of Olivier and Katy, the owners, and naturally wood and warm colors ensure an elegant atmosphere full of charm.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
