Modern house near the city center with two patios. Very comfortable : large living room, fitted kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, free wifi, television and a big garage. Principal patio including a barbecue, a plancha and a garden table. On the ground floor : 2 rooms, a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor : 2 rooms and a bathroom with a toilet. Situated in a calm location, ten minutes walk from the Porte Royale. Fifteen minutes walk from the city center, the port and the Aquarium.

We offer for rent an old house, completely renovated in June 2025, with all modern comforts, located in a quiet area near the Château de Buzay. Close (walking distance) to an equestrian center, a tree climbing park and a golf course. Beach (5 km) and La Rochelle (7 km) accessible by bike. Living area of 23 m2. 18 m2 terrace on a 60 m2 garden. Two bedrooms of 13 m² (1 bed of 160 cm) and 11 m² (with two single beds or a double bed). Separate toilet and shower room.
