The accommodation is very cozy, brand new and everything is brand new. You also have a nice private terrace for breakfast or to be outdoors with the family. Warner Park is just 5 km away. Downtown Madrid is 30 minutes away, Aranjuez 25 minutes, Chinchón 20 minutes, and Toledo 1 hour.

You will enjoy a location with excellent public transport connections, as there are several bus stops within a 2-minute walk and train options (Estacion Asamblea de Madrid Entrevias, lines C2, C7, C8) that quickly connect you to the center and airports.
