The accommodation contains 3 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, utility room and 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is locked off for the non present owners). Fiber optic 50Mbps, TV, Bluetooth speaker for music or radio. Fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ area and shaded chill-out areas. 25 min from airport, 10 min to "Blue flag" beaches, There are about 50 bars and restaurants in the area. Nearest area is 450 meters from the villa.

Luxury and modern villa, with beautiful outdoor area. The home is on two floors and has good room solutions and is modernly furnished. All bedrooms have direct access to a balcony or terrace /outdoor area. The home is south facing, so here there is sun from morning to evening. There is heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The home has a large and well-maintained plot with palm trees and exotic plants, a large swimming pool (50 square meters) and a nice play area for children

Beautiful townhouse with BBQ on the terrace and indoor fireplace. In front of the Pinada de Guardamar del Segura, in urbanización Buenavista. The house is one bedroom, ideal for a couple. The views are at the pinada of Guardamar and crossing the pinada ends on the beach. Beach access is made by a beautiful elevated wooden path that crosses the pine forest (800 meters). Very close to the lighthouse of Santa Pola (in car) and the town of Guardamar (3 Km.). Parking at the door.
