It is a Touraine farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, completely renovated, insulated with eco-friendly materials. The neighborhood is quiet, the tram line is a 5-minute walk, the historic city center is a 20-minute walk. All shops are nearby. We live in the house next door, in the same yard and want to remain very available to our guests.

It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. For 10 years now, we have had the pleasure of welcoming guests to our gîte, which is part of an old building in the Tours area. Winter 2025 was therefore an opportunity to close the gite for a few months, in order to carry out a complete renovation... Repair of the roof and insulation, in order to enjoy cooler summers and warmer winters :-) , and resumption of all the paintings and finishes of the accommodation.
