Located 100 m from the sea (sea view) about 250 meters from Platin Beach, 500 meters from Bureau Beach (main beach of St Palais) and 600 meters from the market and city center or the famous Chez Bob restaurant.

Beautiful holiday home (renovated in 2023) very well equipped for 1 to 4 people (high chair, Children bed without sheet). Ideally located in a quiet residential area (not suitable for noisy evenings). All on foot: "Grande Conche beach", port, town center, central market, train station (9 mins). Parking possible for a small car in the courtyard, beautiful shaded terrace, deckchairs, awning, summer kitchen, barbecue, bicycle storage. Ideal for family or couples !
