This detached house is located in a privileged green environment under the pine trees in a 40-hectare private park situated between the sea, the Club Med, the La Palmyre golf course, and the city center. Activities exclusively for residents include a Kids' Club, swimming lessons, golf practice, petanque court, tennis, and direct access to activities like kitesurfing, surfing, cycling paths, sailing, and the zoo.

Large house 110 m2, bright with garden in Royan

In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer this pretty 110 m2 single-story house, completely tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful 400 m2 wooded garden not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. This is a great place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.

Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ronce-Les-Bains, you will find all amenities within a 200-meter walk. The exterior, where a large terrace, a plancha area and the heated pool (from May to September) predominate, evokes a "Charentais" style conducive to aperitifs with friends!

Quiet, this charming 150m² family villa offers you a beautiful air-conditioned living space of 75m². It has 4 bedrooms with individual air conditioning, one of which is an extra one and another with a toilet and a vanity (cold water). The spacious bathroom consists of a shower with double washcloths and a bath. A south-facing terrace with 2 garden tables and barbecue will welcome you on 1500m² of land. The 10x4 pool is available and heated from May to September.

Relax in this house in the heart of the Platin district with its private pool secured by an electric roller shutter, pool heated to 28°C from the April school holidays to the All Saints holidays (depending on weather). Located 100 m from the sea (sea view) about 250 meters from Platin Beach, 500 meters from Bureau Beach (main beach of St Palais) and 600 meters from the market and city center or the famous Chez Bob restaurant.

Spacious holiday villa La Palmyre Les Mathes

My property is close to the beach and family-friendly activities such as La Palmyre ZOO, France's third private zoo as well as its Royan Atlantique La Palmyre racecourse where the three best obstacles in France are established. You'll love my place because of the kitchen, the comfort, the comfy bed, and the view. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Marennes and Ile d 'Oléron are very close.
