Butia: Beautiful house with great view

This beautiful house with an incredible view is located in Arachania, Rocha, Uruguay, only 2 kilometers away from La Pedrera and also very close to La Paloma. The house has one floor, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite). There is also an external deck with a sun umbrella, table, chairs, loungers and a hanging hammock and a typical Uruguayan Barbecue. The house has cable TV, microwave, fridge, kitchen, oven and audio. In addition, the house also has bed linen, towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, hanging hammocks and bikes

Amare es una casa de playa. Se encuentra a solo pasos del mar del desplayado. Por su ubicación te va a permitir tener unas vacaciones tranquilas sin el ruido de la pedrera y al mismo tiempo está a solo unas cuadras del centro. Se encuentra dividida en dos plantas, en el piso de abajo está el living-cocina que cuenta con dos camas individuales y el baño. Arriba tiren una habitación grande con una cama doble. En el exterior cuenta con parrilla y un deck para pasar la tarde.

Old house in one of the best location of La Pedrera with an incredible view of the sea. In front of the house there is a descent to the beach and the main one with all the businesses is 300 meters away. The house is very spacious and has a dining room, library, living room, enclosed garden with grill, garage, full kitchen, laundry, linens and towels, WIFI (fiber optic).

Genoveva, 2 ideal houses for 2 or 3 families

Two houses ideal for two families or three families with very bright spaces. They are complete. Each with a separate entrance but they can share spaces if they wish . One has a large living room and the other has a covered grill to enjoy a rich shared meal. Each house has everything for a comfortable and pleasant stay in both places ; also share moments together .

Apart number 4 in our 8 apartment rental complex Casa del Mar. Ground level, very good equipped, super comfortable with an incredible view of the beach front Anaconda. Living / Dining room with trundle bed, kitchenette, terrace with it's own 'parrilla' to prepare asado, bathroom, and double bedroom. Parking. Big shared patio to enjoy and an incredible sea view.

House in front of the Playa del Barco with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and garden on the ground floor and living-kitchen dining room and deck with grill overlooking the sea on the upper floor. Exceptional location just a few meters from the beach and the center. Very well equipped and with ocean views.

Comfortable house between the forest and the sea, air and wifi.

It takes the whole family to this fantastic place with many beach areas, with an excellent location...close to the center and all the services...pharmacy, polyclinica, supermarkets, bakery, butcher shop, fruit shops, bus terminal...etc. Spacious and comfortable house fully equipped to enjoy.
