Imagine waking up to the sound of birdsong, taking walks on the beach, enjoying the sun in the garden, and, in the evening, lighting the barbecue and sharing a family dinner.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Located on a large plot of land and completely fenced, for your peace of mind it has an alarm and wooden posts in the openings. Beautiful and spacious wood stove, roofed deck with barbecue table, armchairs and Paraguayan hammock, has grill and stove in the garden. The cost of ute and ose is added separately.
