Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Es una casa sencilla, que cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para asegurar un buen descanso. Puedes estacionar en casa y caminar a los comercios cercanos. Si quieres ir al centro de La Paloma, son 7 minutos en auto. La casa se sitúa en un terreno de 2.000 mts2 que garantiza tu tranquilidad.

Four tiny houses of 45m2 of mixed construction arranged in 2 modules with a garden of 1500m, fenced located in the first block next to the sea, which allow you to have magnificent views from the bedroom and much more from the living room. They are equipped with dishes for 4 people, a freezer refrigerator, toaster, juicer, fans, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Also equipped for winter. It has an individual alarm. Rented with sheets and towels at no cost and additional laundry service.

Comfortable and simple guest house, attached to my house (I live next door). It has two bedrooms, a small but full bathroom accessed through one of the bedrooms, and a kitchen-dining room. A wood-burning stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. It has a private entrance, parking, barbecue and garden, which are shared spaces. Family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. The front garden and grill are shared. There are 4 houses in a row. I live in one. Each house has a small private patio at the back.

It has all the basic amenities, lots of light, tranquility and is in the middle of nature, close to the center but located in a beautiful land where we have let live the typical nature of La Paloma: beautiful pines, acacias, flowers and birds. If a beach day is desired, it is only a few blocks walk, or 5 minutes by car and we will find the white and fine sands and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean on Anaconda Beach.

Direct access to the deck for convenience. Very good distribution of the rooms, all very spacious and bright. Alarm and Camera.

A double bed in the bedroom and a bunk bed in the living room that can be used as two single beds. A few meters from Anaconda Beach.
