Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Comfortable and simple guest house, attached to my house (I live next door). It has two bedrooms, a small but full bathroom accessed through one of the bedrooms, and a kitchen-dining room. A wood-burning stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. It has a private entrance, parking, barbecue and garden, which are shared spaces. Family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. The front garden and grill are shared. There are 4 houses in a row. I live in one. Each house has a small private patio at the back.
