Oceanfront home - La Pedrera

Brand new house made with containers facing the sea. 45 square meters covered, plus 24 square meters of wooden deck with ocean views. Much peace , it is located in a little busy area, just a 10 minute walk from the center of La Pedrera. A paradise!! Very good "point" for surfing and kite surfing. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated. It has a barbecue grill, 60 L heater, washing machine, gas stove, electric oven, wifi, alarm and all the necessary waxes. Bed linen and towels are included.

Ideal house for couple or family. TV with Direct TV, washing machine and WIFI. Spacious and cool, perfect for hot summer days. Bright environments, in a safe and natural environment, 100 meters from the sea. Integrated kitchen, spacious with electric fridge and double bed. Outside there is a deck gallery. The house is supplied with electricity grid + solar panels in the event of a supply outage. It has an alarm, grills, a parking lot and a shade for car.

De My place is at the beach. You’ll love my place because of the views, its location, and outdoor space. Good for couples and solo adventurers or couples with a child (no toddlers since there is a staircase and a deck without railings). Extra pet fee. You get to the door by car BY A SPECIFIC AND UNIQUE ROAD. Private parking right behind the cabin or if you have a 4x4 you get to the front door. We will give you the directions previously. :)

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, outdoor grill, laundry room, and large decks with tables. Overlooking the ocean from the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. From the living room you can watch the sunrise in the sea, and from the dining room the sunset in the countryside.

Create unforgettable memories at this unique and family home. It is in a unique location, very quiet, comfortable and spacious beach meters from the beach with all the comforts. On the ground floor, it has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a third service room with bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Roofed grillero, ground floor wood stove. Dreamy and unique location! Not rented to a group of people

Old house in one of the best location of La Pedrera with an incredible view of the sea. In front of the house there is a descent to the beach and the main one with all the businesses is 300 meters away. The house is very spacious and has a dining room, library, living room, enclosed garden with grill, garage, full kitchen, laundry, linens and towels, WIFI (fiber optic).
