Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Le Mazot over the years

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a break from time. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, in the middle of nature. At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). An ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, cycling or simply reconnecting in a quiet and rejuvenating setting. Here, luxury is nature, here we slow down, we reconnect

HEATING NOT INCLUDED Chalet located in the Upper Jura Regional Park, between lakes and mountains. Independent, quiet on a private plot of 1000 m2 totally enclosed. Peace and quiet guaranteed in a real green setting 800 m from the Lac d 'Étival ( swimming, walking and fishing). In winter, you can enjoy the joys of cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sled dogs in Prénovel ( 8 km ), downhill skiing in Morbier (25 km) or Les Rousses (35 km). Labeled gites de France, 3 ears.

Wooden chalet, atmosphere and mountain decor. Ideal romantic stay (mountain view). Natural setting! PDJ box available. Home/organic PDJ options (15€/for 2 people, 5€/child), home cooked dishes delivered to the chalet or shared with us (approx.15€/dish and 5€/dessert). On request: relaxation areas heated by wood fire/optional / "thylarium " (=sauna) at 40-50°C (40€ in the evening) / "Nordic bath" at 38-40°C (120€ in the evening for 2 people, 150€ for 3 people, 180€ for 4) .

Small cottage in the charming village of Dingy Saint Clair, between lake and mountain at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, close to a small river. The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families who love nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and from the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys a beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cosy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is as sporty as it is relaxing, just a stone's throw from amenities. Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.

Your cocoon for 2 people is located on the 1st floor of my house. The entrance is well separated, you are totally independent. The nearby nature offers beautiful opportunities for walks in the forest. You will appreciate my place for the interior spaces, the cocoon, the tranquility. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers. I live there but no opposite, the entrance is separate and I am available for any information.

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
