This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.
