Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

We are Lydia and Lionel, our cottage is nestled 2 steps from the Loire in the heart of Anjou between the tuffeau houses of Saumurois, the slates of Trélazé, the vineyards of the Layon hillsides, the castles of the Loire, the beautiful bike and hiking trails along the Loire as well as canoeing on the Loire. A "tasting" walk on a Gabarre... An exceptional moment on the Loire... Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space completely renovated with local materials.

Large old farmhouse completely renovated in 2020/2021 that can accommodate 10 people. Large living rooms (living room 40 m2, kitchen-dining room 30 m2), 2 master bedrooms with shower rooms, 2 children's/teenager's bedrooms with 3 beds per bedroom and 1 large bathroom. The property is located on a 1000 m2 enclosed plot, itself surrounded by a 7000 m2 wooded plot. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Outdoor pool 4 m by 8 m. Sheets, towels for rent not included.

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.
