The cottage sits on the property of La Tannerie, an elegant mid-19th century mansion, and offers views of nearly two hectares of land on the banks of the Loire with direct access. Really magical setting. Note anyway: the poximity of the railway line that runs along the house. The cottage is well phonically isolated and retains all its calm.

Nearby, you can discover charming villages such as Béhuard, La Pointe as well as the famous vineyards of Savennières or the Coteaux du Layon. Less than ten minutes by train you will find Angers and its castle with the Apocalypse tapestries and an hour away, Nantes.

Private apartment in our property but detached from the house, the apartment is above the garage, there is a large bedroom with a queen bed and 2 single beds, there is a seating area with a desk, a bathroom with shower, the toilets are in the bathroom. There is a fridge in the garage that you can use. There is a kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave available in the apartment. We have a dog on the property. No animals allowed.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
