Holiday rentals in La Quintería

It is a very comfortable accommodation and very spacious for the 12 people. The space is very spacious both outside and inside. Everything is very clean and the kitchenware is super complete. Access is a little difficult because there is a lot of pending but from the moment we were informed of it and there was no problem, and that we were going with a van. Elvira always available and allowed us to check in early. Totally recommended!

What a stunning house! Rafael and his girlfriend have renovated and decorated this house in such an unusual eclectic way, it is like a museum in itself.. full of interesting beautiful things... We had a lovely few days here as we travelled back to Malaga... such a peaceful setting and the view form the hot tub made my husbands birthday complete : ) It would be a fantastic summer house with the pool area and the games rooms... two kitchens and more than enough space for 2 families! But the warm cost fire in the down stairs sitting room was a benefit in these colder months... although we had fantastic weather for February! Thank you for letting us stay in your special house Rafael, it was delightful to meet you and we were very impressed with you and your girlfriends attention to detail in your decoration and you hospitality. We will always stay with you if when we are in the area and I highly recommend your house to everyone... Don't hesitate! : )

Our stay has been according to what I expected, the house is as shown in the photos,Isabel is a great host!! there was no problem communicating with her,always attentive and willing to answer any questions, thank you very much for everything.

We found ourselves at home, as soon as its clean aroma, order, decoration, details such as coffee capsules and coffee maker, fresh water in the fridge and outside, the temperature of the floor for our arrival, ... it's those little details, the ones that make the difference. Raúl was waiting for our arrival and that we arrived outside the schedule to enter, he showed us the apartment and recommended places to go. Linares is easy to walk around and the location of the apartment was excellent. Highlight that it has air conditioning, two TVs with Smart TV. I recommend 100%, we will not hesitate to return on our next visit to Linares. THANK YOU FOR ALL RAUL .

The listing matches the description. The scenery is simply a dream. However, the owner should invert something into renovation. In the bathroom, there was also a hole on the ceiling. We also noticed the poor condition of the floorboards around the pool that was often criticized. After checking in, it went smoothly, we didn't get an answer to questions. The reception is sporadically staffed, probably depending on announced guests. Streaming a movie in the evening with the tablet is frustrating by today's standards, the internet connection can only be described as inadequate.

We had a good week in Vicente's house. Vicente was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times and he was also very available during our stay to answer our questions. The house is well-equipped and pleasant, with air conditioning in the 2 living rooms and ceiling fans in the rooms. There is a large terrace and a pool that we enjoyed! And a Carrefour supermarket 3 minutes by car. Thanks Vicente for your hospitality!
