Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

"Garden Side"

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).

Fisherman's lodge by the water (in the village)

Under the trellis or on the veranda, by the water in a natural port of the Loire animated by migratory birds. 10-minute walk to the water, supervised swimming. At the foot of the slopes! Very bright, independent, newly built accommodation, adjoining our house with a large landscaped garden where you can relax in peace. Located near the Loire and its sandy beaches in a tourist area (boat rides, medieval ruins, hiking trails, Loire by bike, etc.). We also welcome your 4-legged companion if they are sociable and under your watchful eye. Convenience store 3 km away.

Loire Cottage

This little house - renovated with bio-sourced materials - has its own terrace overlooking the Loire Valley. Located in the heart of Oudon, less than 3 minutes' walk from all the village shops, it is also surrounded by trees, greenery and hillsides. The little house is located right on the edge of the Loire à Vélo itinerary and the GR3 hiking trail.
