Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.

You will enjoy a soothing setting 1 hour and 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walks or bike rides, 10 minutes from all amenities. On site: table tennis, trampoline, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 13x6m, open from 11am to 7pm. Rates on request for May, June and September.

Come and enjoy our accommodation, a new house with views of the countryside. It has air conditioning, heating in each room, large living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms one with a 160 bed, terraces and a large garden. It is possible to fish on a private lake located 400 meters away and also at Lake Lourbet 2 km away.

The apartment is 150 meters from the market square and runs along the Fihole, Marmande's green area. Free parking is available on site. The apartment is 800 meters from the train station. This comfortable home is generously equipped for your comfort.

Studio of 32 m2 with large terrace, it is located within the beautiful village of Vianne, quiet and close to shops. Free parking is available in front of the studio (1 min walk). From the bedroom you will have a view of the Baïse River and the barges, and from the terrace a view of the garden. Access to the studio is through a door at the back of our garden (key safe). It was designed and furnished with a lot of love for detail to offer its guests a quiet and relaxing stay. On the terrace you can relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the view of the stars
