A 20 minutes de la gare de Tours (10 mn de tramway+10 mn à pieds), idéal pour partir visiter les châteaux. Vous aurez un accès indépendant à l'étage de la maison. Si vous réservez pour 1 ou 2 personnes accès à une chambre (supplément de 20 euros si vous désirez les deux chambres), si vous réservez pour 3 ou 4 personnes accès à deux chambres. Lit bébé et table à langer disponibles. Tous les voyageurs sont les bienvenus chez nous, mais il y a des escaliers. Pour info je loge à l'étage du dessous

Warm house one km from towers

Warm house of 100 m2 with three bedrooms and living room open kitchen of 50 m2. Everything is available. Very well located 5 min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away from all amenities. I live there half the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more. You won't miss anything, and if so, I'll be there to help you. Ideal for visiting the castles of the Loire.

20 m² studio, fully renovated, adjoining our main residence. The entrance is independent. Garden access possible. Parking is available in our yard. There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.
