Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The walnut tree is our beautiful, comfortable gite. Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Launderette facilities available in the village.

Logement neuf ,climatisé, de 15m2 composé d'un coin chambre avec un lit double, d'une petite salle de bain, et d'un coin casse croûte ( frigo,micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière, grille pain). Télévision et WiFi (fibre). Pour les beaux jours un petit jardin est à votre disposition. A 5 min a pied du joli bourg et de son abbatiale. Boulangerie 3 min a pied! Idealement situé pour decouvrir la region nord gironde(20min de st emilion, 40 min de Blaye) ainsi que la Dordogne.

Set in the heart of the Green Perigord region,this charming traditional stone built house is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.
