Petite villa de 60 m2 sur terrain clos arboré, au calme en retrait de la route. Vous apprécierez la pergola à l'ombre du grand pin et au son des cigales. Son climatiseur mobile. Oubliez la voiture, la plage est au bout de la rue, le petit port de pêche pittoresque à 10 minutes à pied, les commerces de proximité et le marché du vendredi. Idem pour l' embarcadère du bateau-bus pour Toulon ou Porquerolles . Bandol, Sanary, Le Brusc, St Mandrier sauront vous séduire.

Small 40 m² cottage with an independent bedroom. Located in a 360° setting of greenery and pine trees, smoking is therefore prohibited (indoors and outdoors). You must have a vehicle to get around easily. Perfect for a couple who want to be quiet. If you have a baby it is possible to put a portable bed (your responsibility to bring it), a teenager can easily sleep on a mattress on the floor on the restanque and not a toddler for safety reasons.

No rate increase for 2025. The accommodation is close to the sea, restaurants, shops, beaches. It is new and independent of the main accommodation. Its comfort: tv ,kitchen ,shower ,air conditioning ,wifi (fiber) ,garden , pergola and gas BBQ, shared pool and 2 electric bikes for rent. It's great for a couple , a family . Independent villa, recently renovated, in the middle of a mediterrean garden. The house has a big terrace and a barbeque / summer kitchen. Ideally located on only 10 minutes by foot to Bonnegrâce beach and numerous shops (supermarket, bakery, presse - tabac, pharmacy...). And in less than 15 minutes walking, you will reach the beautiful centre of Sanary-sur-Mer.
