Monthly Rentals in La Unión

Everything was great, the place is well located, it has intimacy and on top of what we liked most is that we arrived late and they didn't mind, everything was very easy you could contact them at any time, they also have recommendations that we went to one of them and everything was great, without hesitation I would book again 😊

We really enjoyed the apartment and it has tremendous views of the Mar Menor with a nice sized balcony to enjoy it from. You get great sunrise and sunset views which can even be enjoyed from the living room. Being 3 bedroom there was plenty of space for the two of us and it's equipped sufficiently for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment block's well maintained with friendly residents and staff and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and a well stocked Spar supermarket. Its location is also peaceful and safe at night. The tennis club nearby is a lovely place to have a few evening drinks and there's 3 good local restaurants we particularly enjoyed, Chiringuito, Piccolo Mare (more for Indian food) and El Secreto. The only suggestion is a house book with information about the appliances, local transport, amenities etc, which would have been useful. It would save having to request information from the hosts directly although Nano responded promptly to us.

Communication was great, quick to respond. Area was perfect, very close to Port, you can walk easily. Parking was super easy at College, which was not far to walk. Very clean, comfortable & airy flat. Bed was comfortable. Pablo was a great host, friendly & attentive. Gracias Pablo ☺️

Highly recommended apartment, very clean, confortable on a great care of every details , with a spectacular view of both sides of Mar menor and Mediterranean... stunning!!! And i especially loved to meet Oliver, he's very helpful, friendly and kind, reallya super host, thanks Oliver!!!
