Heated pool access (May to September 15) , outdoor space shared with the owners; jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is attached to our house but the entry is independent. Located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Many bike paths departures. Gated parking in the yard.

Concerned about your well-being, we have made it an ultra comfortable and warm place in summer and winter.
