Great accommodation for spending time with family or friends. We felt very comfortable there. Great place!

Beautiful villa Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Everyone has their independence. Some company games would be nice. The bathrooms in the downstairs bedrooms lack a little freshness Otherwise everything was perfect

Lovely villa with a fantastic warm pool surrounded by plenty of relaxing and eating areas. Stylish and clean villa with en-suites in every room and was a great space for 9 of us. The location is superb, short walk to the town with next to no traffic making it very kid friendly. The town itself is lovely with lots of great restaurants, cafes, creperies and shops. An amazing and fun beach is just a very short drive or 20 minute walk away. Friendly neighbours too made this a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The house perfectly matched our expectations and is very convenient. Nevertheless, the acoustics closed doors (winter) is bad because a lot of resonance probably due to a lack of furniture. We were very correctly welcomed by the person of Welkeys whom we thank for hosting on site but the communication with the Welkeys company via the Airbnb app or their own site is not satisfactory: we called them unanswered, the terms and conditions on their site are not available and the entry exit forms to be filled out on their own site are not clear.

We had a wonderful stay in honor of our parents' 45 year marriage. Together with brothers, sister, follower, parents and children very well entertained. There is plenty to do nearby. Nice walks through the forest to the beach. The house itself is equipped with enough entertainment to spend a day.

A wonderful villa! It's photos do not do it justice. Every room is great, and the design of the house is so could. it's perfectly laid out, really well built and if you have young-ish kids (ours we 9-13) it's really great. They can be outside at the pool, while you prepare dinner or watch TV, without any concerns. We also went car free for the week, which was really pleasant, just used the occasional bus. Vincent is a great host, very responsive. Generally it was a great villa - the best we've stayed in for a very long time - and it's a good price compared to others we have stayed it. I can't recommend it highly enough. thank s Vincent!

A beautiful, characterful property in a very convenient location for the centre of Hossegor, beach and lake. We didn’t use the car at all after we arrived, we walked and cycled everywhere! The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Alize the concierge was so friendly and helpful and was always really quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and would love to return!

We had a great time in Hossegor with a group of 10 friends. The place was perfect: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, just minutes by bike from the beach and shops, which made our trips very easy. A perfect place to enjoy Hossegor as a group. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a great time at Laurence and Louis's home. This one was extremely clean, so well laid out and organized. Their very warm welcome and Laurence is so available and responsive. The house is even better than pictured A real little paradise with such kind and responsive owners

This house is perfect. It’s much more impressive than appears in the photos. Everything was perfect. The house is huge, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool is enormous. The yard is huge, green, quiet, and peaceful. This is the perfect place for a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

In love with the Landes for years, we took family and friends for a week at Manuel and Wanda's. The hospitality was excellent, the house is really perfect. Everything is well thought out and tastefully decorated. The central living space serves two opposite sleeping spaces. The bedding is excellent. Special mention for the outdoor space: the kitchen is fully equipped🍽️🥣, the terrace is large and sunny☀️, the pool is large enough for a dozen people to have fun🏐🤿, the toilet/shower space means you don't dirty the house🚽🛀. There's really no need to hesitate, if you want a nice house, quiet but at the same time close to everything (shops, sea, etc.) contact Manuel and Wanda!

We had a great time at this place. The apartment was clean and very nice, perfect for relaxing. The pool is a real asset, ideal for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The owners are welcoming and very friendly, always ready to answer our questions and give us good advice to discover the region. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing and worry-free stay!

Very good stay at this beautiful Landaise house, nice, spacious, bright and well laid out. Very neat exterior, well kept garden. The house was very clean. Even though the pool could not be used given the temperatures, it's nice to be able to admire it, especially at the end of the day with its lighting. House 20 minutes walk from the lake and the city center. Very well located. Spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the living room with its fireplace. The pool table was appreciated too, as was the gym. André is a welcoming host who knows how to take care of vacationers and listens to them. Many thanks to him. We highly recommend it and will most certainly be back.

We stayed at this house while taking a road trip around the Pyrenees and this was easily the most spacious rental we stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Communication from our hosts was excellent and check in and check out went very smoothly.

Thanks for a great week. Very nice hosts & great location close to Seignosse Ocean. You get everything you need as a family... and on top a pool weich our kids used every day :)

The house is very nice and very nice. Good location for hiking and in a very peaceful place. As an improvement I should leave some cleaning utensils, ballets, the typical cleaning kit with dishwasher tablet and oros use cleaning. Some basic things like salt and pepper, tablecloths or a drink for a wine. Wifi does not have high speed and depending on usage may be insufficient. It has cleaning instructions that are not very clear and that do not appear when hiring. There are no cleaning charges but on a poster in French they tell you that you have to leave the house clean and fully collected or contract the cleaning for 100€. I have never seen these types of conditions outside of the contract. The rest is very good with a lot of space and a heated pool (seasonal only)

A very comfortable place in a nice and quiet environment. The house is new and very clean. Phenomenal to go on vacation a few days and enjoy the countryside and the sea.

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!
