In the evening, you will fall asleep with the stars, and in the morning, you will admire our alpacas from the terrace. During the day, the Montagne Noire and its Pic de Nore will offer you a beautiful panorama. There are many activities: hiking, mountain biking, Lake Saint Peyres, the Mazamet footbridge, the Banquet gorges and the must-sees: Albi and Carcassonne.

This peaceful and welcoming townhouse has everything you need for a pleasant stay with family, friends or colleagues. It offers a bright, air-conditioned living room and an adjoining kitchen that opens onto a private terrace with a view of the river. Upstairs there are three very cosy, air-conditioned bedrooms in the attic and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The house has a garage (max. vehicle length 4.40 m) and a garden with a 3x2x0.60 m above-ground swimming pool for the summer.

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

To relax in any season, a professional spa has just been installed, and you have access to the shared swimming pool (heated during sunny days).
